Think about the time when people were still discovering new continents, with new "scavengers." with new customs. Of course, since this isn't the way the dominant group lived - or those with powerful weapons to kill other human beings - they decided these scavengers needed a new lifestyle. And now, here we are able to travel to other planets and technology that could potentially discover new life. Here we are able to discover new life, and still, we cannot learn how to keep the life on this planet alive. Right, we have not discovered a cure for AIDS or cancer, though we work diligently to discover such a miracle. Nor have we discovered how to give those dying of starvation a Never-Never-Land's never-ending-I-get-what-I-wish-for bowl. But we have learned to destroy cities at the click of a button. But what we need to discover is love for all humanity.
